Business hours:  By appointment.  We are flexible and try to accommodate our customers preferences whether daytime or early evening (after work), or weekends.

Closed on all major holidays.  For holidays which fall on Mondays (Memorial Day & Labor Day), we are closed for the complete weekend (eg., Sat, Sun, Mon).

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our highest priority and we are happy to grant a full refund on all products returned within 20 days of the shipping date.  Some items, however, are ineligible for return.

  • Items offered at 50% or more off their original price – clearance items
  • Products clearly noted at time of purchase that they are not returnable
  • Limited or special editions
  • Corporate orders
  • Personalized or engraved items

Return Policy

For all returns, please contact us first to receive a Return Authorization Number.

If you are returning an item that has been special ordered, a 20% re-stocking fee will be subtracted from your refund.

No returns will be accepted for engraved orders, special editions or limited editions.

A copy of your receipt must accompany your return.

Product Condition

Products being returned must be new and unused and show no signs of wear.  To clarify; this means…

  • There are no blemishes of any kind or evidence of being misused.
  • This would include scratches, marks or bent parts.
  • The product package must be in new and clean condition.
  • All product tags, warranty cards, informational paperwork, original documentation must be returned with the product and show no signs of use.

We cannot accept any returns that indicate any signs of use of misuse.

Refund or Exchange

All items that have been returned according to the above listed policy will receive an exchange, refund, or store credit at your choice.  Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Return Shipping

We will pay shipping costs for defective products or for products received but not ordered.  If you are returning a product because you do not wish to keep it, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.  Because we offer free shipping, your return will be refunded the purchase amount minus a $7.95 shipping and handling fee.  It is advisable to package properly including all original packaging and insure for the purchase price.  Please call first to obtain a Return Authorization Number – (970) 682-4797 or 970-222-7675

Sign With Prestige will not be responsible for any return shipping losses. If the item was a gift with purchase or included in a special offer, your refund amount may be affected.  A copy of your receipt must be included with your returned product.

Please allow 2-5 days to process your refund after the item is back in our possession.  You will be notified by e-mail when the refund has been made.

Be sure to check the manufacturer’s warranty information for problems that occur during the warranty period.  Some manufacturers prefer to deal with the customer directly rather than the authorized dealer when repairs or replacements are involved.  We will always be happy to assist in this regard.

Shipping Information

Sign With Prestige will make every effort to ship your order within 1-2 days after receipt.  Depending on availability, some orders could take up to 5-6 business days to process and ship.  We will notify you by e-mail if we expect delays with your order.  Ground Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.  For an additional cost, express shipping options can be selected for a specific number of days (eg. Overnight, 2nd Day Air, etc). Please be aware that the number of days (or time frame) selected for expedited shipping, applies to business days only.  It does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Shipping to addresses within the contiguous U.S. is free for orders over $50.00, unless you would like to upgrade for quicker delivery.

We offer next day, two day and three day services via UPS in the contiguous states of the U.S.  Please allow 1-2 days for processing and shipping.

USPS Standard Shipping

All orders for ball point refills, roller ball refills, fountain pen ink cartridges, mechanical pencil lead and erasers will be shipped via USPS.

For orders qualifying for  FREE shipping to U.S. addresses, we will utilize USPS to ship orders suitable for this method.  2-9 days can be expected for the package to arrive.

The following applies to all shipping:

  • Oversized or heavy items may incur additional fees after checkout.  We will contact you before shipping your order
  • Shipping not available to P.O.Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses
  • Delivery times do not include processing time (Maximum 2 days or depending on product availability delays could occur).
